“The Lionesses” – A Tribute to Women in Military in Springfield, Oregon

The City of Springfield revealed a new tribute to women in the military on November 10, 2017. The monument, the result of a thorough committee process that included several women veterans, was funded in part by Veterans and War Memorials Grant of Oregon Parks and Recreation Department.
