Nominations for the 2017 LCHM History Excellence Awards must be made by Friday, December 1st. They are simple to do!  Hardcopy letters, faxes or emails are all acceptable, but must suggest a candidate and a rationale for the appropriate category nominated:
a. Outstanding personal achievement, 2017
b. Outstanding organizational achievement, 2017
c. Lifetime/long term achievement award through 2017

Nominations will be weighed by the LCHM Outreach Committee.
