An agenda has been issued for the Board's regular meeting, Thursday at 12:30 pm, October 5 2017. The agenda is available below, and will be available from the Board's website, under the Meetings link: http://www.oregon.gov/MortCem/Pages/Meetings.aspx
Also, the Board's Strategic Planning Meeting is scheduled for October 6 2017, 9 am - 3 pm; I am copying the original email text that was sent out September 19 2017 (below).
BOARD MEETING AGENDA
October 5 2017, 12:30 pm - until end of business
Portland State Office Building, Room 445
NOTE: The Board members will be participating in training in Room 445 during a lunch from approximately 11:30am until 12:15pm.
I Call to Order
General Session is scheduled to start at 12;30pm, and will continue until the end of business. Executive Session (closed to public) will follow, continuing until the end of business. The Board does expect to come out of Executive Session and into General Session for the purpose of voting on the cases discussed during Executive Session and possible other applicable Board business. The Board meeting is anticipated to last more than three hours, and the Board plans to continue Board business with a working lunch.

This is a hands-on, community event designed for us to work together to review the agency's strategic plan and develop upcoming priorities for the Oregon Mortuary and Cemetery Board to best meet our mission and the needs of the stakeholder community. Attendees will work in small and large groups to review and discuss materials.
