Hello Kuri,

Thank you for sending me these updates and all the work you do to help with the pioneer cemeteries.
We have just had our semi- annual clean-up at the Miller Cemetery in Millersburg, Oregon.
Our president, Max Hoefer, keeps Miller mowed every year. There are four of us who attempt to do the work every year. Our treasurer, Charlotte Powell is 79, I am 72, Max is probably 70 or so and Jeannine is 76. My son and his two children have helped some. But otherwise, I am concerned what will happen to Miller and Simpson-Hale when we pass on. Hopefully others will take it over.
You know we lost the Allphin Cemetery when Farmer Bill Case had it plowed under.
Again, your help is so appreciated. Volunteers are the core of maintaining these cemeteries!
