BOARD MEETING AGENDA | July 9 2018 - 9:00 am until end of business | Portland State Office Building, 800 NE Oregon Street, Room 445 (Portland OR)




I        Call to Order
General Session is scheduled to start at 9:00 am, and will immediately go into executive session (closed to the public).  The meeting is anticipated to last more than three hours.  The Subcommittee plans to continue Board business with a working lunch.


II       General Session
The primary purpose of this meeting is for the Subcommittee to conduct interviews for the Executive Director position during executive session.


         III     Executive Session as authorized by ORS 192.660(2)(a), (b), (f), (h), (i) and / or (l)


IV     General Session
The Subcommittee intends to make their recommendation of the final candidate to the full Board during the July 10 2018 regular Board meeting.


V      Adjournment
This proposed agenda subject to last minute changes without prior notice.  The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities.
