Dear Kuri,

I am the secretary for the Miller, Allphin, Simpson-Hale Cemetery Association.
We have our application to fill out for registration and one of the questions is about where would the assets go if our group would disband. I am concerned because
currently it would go to a group in Albany called “The Friends of Albany”. This happened
only because the lady didn’t know what to fill in for that question and she belonged to that group.
Do you know how we can set up some way that the money we have will be used only for the cemeteries?
We currently have the funds ($10,000 approximately) in a checking account and a CD.
This money has come from donations with intent of its use being for Miller and Simpson-Hale.
Would appreciate any suggestions you could give us.
Best Regards,
Judy DeSpain
Secretary for the Miller, Allphin, Simpson-Hale Cemetery Association
