Dear Cemetery supporters,

Old age, and it's associated problems, have caught up with the officers of
this Association. Our secretary, Judy DeSpain, has resigned. Our treasurer,
Charlotte Powell, and I, Max Hoefer, intend to resign as of December 31,
2019.

If no one volunteers for any of the positions with the Association, it is
our intention to disband / dissolve this Association.

We intend to turn any paperwork we have over to the City of Millersburg.
