Hi everyone!  Thought I would share this announcement with the listserv as well.

The 2020 Monumental Moments virtual event is being released this week. There are five 15 minute episodes which can be found at the Hillsboro Pioneer Cemetery's home page here<https://www.hillsboro-oregon.gov/our-city/departments/city-manager-s-office/city-records-city-recorder/pioneer-cemetery> or through Hillsboro/Oregon.gov/Cemetery. Unfortunately, we were unable to host the usual in person event last fall due to the pandemic, but I think you will find this to be an enjoyable alternative format!

Thank you to all of our volunteers including our actors, vocalist Cece Otto and pianist KJ McElrath, TVCTV and the Hillsboro Historical Society for making this event happen!

The City of Hillsboro is sharing out the videos through social media this week.   This release is timely as the Hillsboro City Council will be declaring May 2021 as National Historic Preservation Month at their regular meeting tonight.  Have a great week!
