<P>The OMCB previously proposed administrative rule-making
to create a continuing education program that, if adopted, would have
gone into effect January 1<SUP>st</SUP>, 2015. Thanks to the
participation of all of you, the Board has decided to gather further
information, and revise the proposed program based on all your input.
The CE Program is NOT in effect.</P><P></P>

<P>The Board is now targeting consideration of the
revised program at the July 2015 meeting. In the mean time, we are
making revisions and adding requested detail and many changes, will be
sending back out to you for review, as well as scheduling additional public
hearings so as to develop an effective program proposal.</P><P></P>
