graves are full of surprises. In <i>Historic Cemeteries of Portland, Oregon,</i> cemetery sleuths Teresa Bergen and Heide Davis explore 25 places of interment from the 1850s on. The book features remarkable tombstones and a cross-section of the Portlanders
they commemorate, including suffragists, spiritualists, Romani kings, politicians and murderers. Part history book, part travel guide, readers will come away with a new appreciation for cemeteries and an eerie tale or two.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<i>Portland’s Hawthorne Boulevard, </i>Steve and Judi Graeper with <i>Rhododendron,</i> and Donald Nelson with
<i>St. Johns and the North Portland Peninsula.</i> History buffs are invited to stop by this dog-friendly event. Snacks provided, masks and social distancing encouraged.
