[HIV-STD-Prevention] #u# Upcoming staff transition at OHA in HIV/STD

Dear HIV/STD Prevention Partners,

I wanted to share the news that I will be leaving my position as HIV/STD Prevention and Surveillance Manager at the Oregon Health Authority later this spring. After seven and a half years with OHA, and sixteen years working in HIV/STD Prevention, I'm ready for some new challenges and opportunities. My last day as program manager will be April 8, although I will continue to be available as a resource to assist in the transition.

Your points of contact for HIV and STD prevention/surveillance work remain the same (see the attached "Who to Contact" sheet). Prior to my last day in April, I will share additional information on interim management contacts for some of the issues for which you've needed to contact me in the past (budgets, contracts, etc.).

I've had the real pleasure of working with an amazing group of individuals across the state who do the hard work day-in, and day-out, of serving individuals impacted by HIV and sexually transmitted infections and working to prevent new infections. I am incredibly grateful for all I've learned from this community. Thank you for what you do and for being such wonderful colleagues.

Recruitment for a new HIV/STD Prevention & Surveillance Manager will begin this spring and the job posting will be shared through this list-serv when it goes live.
