HIV Alliance is hiring two Harm Reduction Coordinators for the Washington County Syringe Exchange Program, which will be based out of Hillsboro and will travel around Washington County at syringe exchange sites. These positions will work for HIV Alliance but will work closely with Washington County Public Health staff to operate the county syringe exchange.
