The Program Development and Implementation Branch (PDIB) wishes to remind you and your staff of the availability of free in-person trainings offered by the National HIV Classroom Learning Center for the month of June highlighted in the attached flyer.  Registration deadline for all these trainings is April 14, 2023.



Fundamentals of Motivational Interviewing for HIV

Implementing Cultural Competence and Cultural Humility in the HIV Workforce

Moving forward this year, PDIB will be offering more opportunities for in-person learning opportunities to meet your agency's training needs and strengthen the capacity of your HIV prevention staff.  The knowledge and skills gained by your staff members during in person trainings as they learn from their peers as well as from their instructor will make them an invaluable asset to your HIV prevention program team.  Please work with your assigned PDIB project officer to ensure adequate travel dollars are available to support staff to attend in-person training opportunities.
