Up to 25 organizations will be awarded up to 12 months of funding starting March 2023.

Eligible applicants include community behavioral health organizations (CBHOs), harm reduction organizations, and other community-based organizations and/or coalitions in the U.S. that provide services within a city, county, or multiple geographic locations with a total population of 400,000 people or more.
