People aging with HIV are eligible for a number of benefits because of their age, medical conditions, income, and more. In order to create a comprehensive, supportive system, we need to access and navigate all benefits our clients are eligible for. This session will share how to find local aging services and case management best practices to utilize both HIV and Aging services.  Join us for an informative session filled with tools and resources to improve care coordination for people living with HIV over the age of 50!
