 In response to the ongoing challenges facing public health jurisdictions and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), STI International Exchange (STIIX), in partnership with Diagnostics Your Way (formerly Preventx), is offering two selected public health jurisdictions/CBOs 200 STI & HIV testing kits free of charge.

Home self-collection testing improves access for underserved populations, increases convenience, and boosts testing engagement.

Kits can be posted out to participants through orders via a secure webpage or can be dispatched in bulk and distributed from clinics, community settings or other locations.  The user takes their samples and posts them back (at no charge) to the Diagnostics Your Way laboratory.

Home self-collection is a great way to reach underserved populations and increase patient convenience and testing rates.

Results are shared with the user and/or public health department/CBO to support linkage to care.

Diagnostics Your Way are specialized in offering home testing services for public health jurisdictions and Community Based Organizations via a dedicated technology platform and proprietary CLIA/CAP accredited laboratory.  To be considered, please complete the brief application form by July 11, 2025.

The Oregon Health Authority’s Public Health Division is launching a new round of the Public Health Equity Grant Funding Opportunity on July 1, 2025! We hope that you can help us spread the word about this funding opportunity to your networks.
