Together TakeMeHome<https://together.takemehome.org/>, a national program that provides free mail-order rapid HIV self-tests, will close on September 29, 2025 due to funding discontinuation. OHA will continue to partner with TakeMeHome<https://takemehome.org/> to provide free mail-order HIV and STI tests to Oregonians.
