Learn more about the logistics of starting a naloxone program (ordering supplies, storage, data collection, etc)<br>

<b>HOW TO GET NALOXONE (or Narcan):</b><br>
Community-based organizations in Multnomah, Washington or Clackamas County that complete this course can purchase discounted naloxone (Narcan) through the Multnomah County Health Department Pharmacy at approximately $70 per 2-dose box. If you would like to
order naloxone through this program, please complete the attached forms (1) Naloxone Registration Form (for your organization) and (2) Enrollment Form for each individual listed on the registration form.
