<p class="MsoNormal">Washington County Public Health is awarding up to $76,000 for one contractor to provide HIV/STI testing, referral, and outreach services to persons at highest risk for HIV for up to twelve months during the period of 7/1/26-6/30/27. Services
must include the following components: (i) identify persons with HIV infection or uninfected persons at risk fo<a name="WA"></a>r HIV infection, (ii) provide comprehensive HIV-related prevention services for persons living with diagnosed HIV infection and
HIV-negative persons at risk for HIV infection, and (iii) implement community-level HIV prevention education, safer sex supply distribution, and PrEP referrals.<o:p></o:p></p>
