<p class="MsoNormal">On January 27<sup>th</sup> from 1:30-2:30pm at ODOE, the DAS sustainability program will be hosting an event to recognize agencies and tenants that successfully achieved Marion County’s
<a href="https://www.co.marion.or.us/PW/ES/disposal/programs/earthwise">Earthwise</a> certification or re-certification in 2019, or the City of Portland’s
<a href="https://www.portlandoregon.gov/sustainabilityatwork/">Sustainability at Work</a> certification. We had nearly 30 buildings and over 25 agencies involved in 2019 certification under these green operations recognition programs.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Governor Brown and DAS Director Katy Coba have been invited to attend and recognize all of your efforts. More details will be forthcoming in a formal invitation in December to agency directors, and staff who helped in the certification
effort. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I know there are a few more agencies working on last-minute certifications, so if we have any additions, please keep me posted.
