 Steckler </span></em></a><em><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">(she, her, hers) is an Associate Professor of Management in the School of Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University where she has developed and taught highly-regarded leadership
 courses.  She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University. Niki coauthored a resiliency skills curriculum for medical students and integrates tools for self-awareness and emotional self-regulation into the leadership courses she teaches.
