<p class="MsoNormal">I am sending along this memo to all ISCN participating agencies FYI, but it is largely for agencies that own land and buildings. It includes guidance from DAS, ODOE and DEQ on how to comply with Section 3(B) of EO 17-20. That directive
applies to new construction of applicable agency buildings from 2022 onward. <o:p>
