[IWRS] Medford Event Flyer CHANGE

Medford Flyer update:

It appears that Google Maps hasn't kept pace with recent construction changes to I-5 (Exit 27 Southbound into Medford, in particular).  With the help of my new Medford friends (and Paint), I've updated the Medford Flyer with a new map and directions.  We will also have some signs around town directing folks to the Medford Library.
