Many thanks to all of you who have provided input throughout this process. In the Foreword, you will see an invitation from the directors of the four lead agencies--Water Resources Dept., Dept. of Environmental Quality, Dept. of Fish and Wildlife, and Dept. of Agriculture--to provide your comments on this draft by Thursday, March 15, 2012.
Next Steps...The Water Resources Commission plans to review and discuss this draft during its next scheduled meeting, January 26, here in Salem. The Policy Advisory Group will hold its final meeting on March 8, also in Salem. Other boards and commissions may take up this topic during public meetings early in 2012 as well. The Water Resources Commission is scheduled to consider the IWRS for adoption during its August 2012 meeting in Salem, with implementation following.
