serving on an Ecological Flow Technical Advisory Group (EFTAG) will hold their
first meeting at the Water Resources Department (725 Summer St. NE, Suite A, <st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Salem</st1:City></st1:place>). The meeting
will take place in the 3<sup>rd</sup> floor Rogue Conference Room from 2:00 to
5:00 pm, and will review the current state of literature and methods available
for determining ecological flows. The meeting will be the first in a
series of meetings on this topic. While open to the public, this meeting
will not provide opportunity for public comment. If you plan to attend,

Group is comprised of scientists from the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, the
U.S. Geological Survey, The Nature Conservancy, the Confederated Tribes of the
Umatilla Indian Reservation, <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Oregon
State University</st1:City>, <st1:State w:st="on">Oregon</st1:State></st1:place>
Department of Fish and Wildlife, and the Oregon Water Resources
Department. The Independent Multidisciplinary Science Team (IMST) will be
providing peer review throughout this process. The January 28 meeting
