<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT color=#0000ff>Community Health Priorities, a project of the Northwest Health Foundation and the Oregon Public Health Division invite <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Oregon</st1:place></st1:State> youth to reveal their perspective on public health during the second annual "The Way I See It" youth photo contest.</FONT></P>
