ALA's Association for Library Services to Children has a great line-up of 5
online courses starting in February. This Fall I took an online class
offered by YALSA and found Moodle (ALA's online wiki for class readings,
discussions, and posting assignments) easy to use. If you haven't
contributed to a wiki before, but have experience with blogs and email you
should pick it up fairly easily too. The asynchronous nature of the class
allowed me to do assignments whenever worked best with my schedule. I
particularly enjoyed learning from different types of librarians
across the country taking the course.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
