<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">OBOB participation throughout the state continues to grow by leaps and bounds. Many public libraries have started Oregon Battle of the Book programs (books clubs, practice battles, etc.). If you would like to
know more about OBOB for your library community, I believe the best way to do that is volunteer at an official battle. The state OBOB competition is coming up on April 9, 2016 at Chemeketa Community College in Salem. If you would like to volunteer please send
