Outcome based evaluation is a way to find out the impact your program has on the teens who participate and communicate the value of your time and budget. At this presentation you will get an overview of outcome based evaluation and will work on developing an outcome based evaluation for one of your teen programs or services. Come with one teen program or service you want to evaluate in your mind. Leave with desired outcomes for that program or service, ideas for evaluating it, and ideas for communicating the result to your library director and other stakeholders.

<span style="font-size:16px;font-family:"times new roman";color:rgb(0,0,0);background-color:transparent;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap">If you’d like to join us, please email Bobbye Hernandez (<span style="font-size:16px;font-family:"times new roman";color:rgb(0,0,255);background-color:transparent;text-decoration:underline;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap">bobbyeh@multcolib.org<span style="font-size:16px;font-family:"times new roman";color:rgb(0,0,0);background-color:transparent;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap">) and let us know you are coming.
<span style="font-size:16px;font-family:"times new roman";color:rgb(0,0,0);background-color:transparent;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap">Come for a workshop and stay for the meeting!
