<i>Without Warning! Tsunami</i> is the result of a collaboration between Oregon’s Office of Emergency Management (OEM) and Dark Horse Comics. It builds on their earlier collaboration,
<i>Without Warning!</i>, which is about earthquake preparedness. The tsunami comic is available in English and Spanish, and the earthquake one is in English only. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in"><span style="color:#1F497D">We try to accommodate as many scenarios as possible so people can get access to the comic. We can send up to 50 copies to groups. If groups want more, we can get them the files to print
as long as they follow the printing guidelines as to quality of printing. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:blue">Since the PDF files are available online, I asked for further clarification and learned this:

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in"><span style="color:#1F497D">We are fine with people downloading it and printing it for their own use. Print quality isn’t much of an issue in that case.
