Reforma Oregon Chapter</a> hosted a Mock Pura Belpré Award that was pretty awesome and included a presentation by author Guadalupe Garcia McCall. She is new to Oregon and now teaching at George Fox in Newberg. She gave a lovely presentation about her writing
