<p class="MsoNormal">I wanted to share the link to the YALSA Blog post about the call for applications to Cohort 4 for the Future Ready with the Library grant program. I am currently part of Cohort 3 and can't say enough good things about this joint ARSL/YALSA
opportunity which assists small, rural, and tribal libraries in expanding and evolving their community engagement practices via the design and delivery of career & college readiness programs for middle grades kids. Working closely with my mentors, coaches,
and peers in this program is an incredible experience. Not only are my library & my community benefiting greatly from Future Ready, but I am also developing professional skills, practices, and perspectives that will continue to inform my librarianship for
years to come. <o:p></o:p></p>
