If not, was the decision made at the city, library administration or department level and for what reasons? If yes, are there things you are doing to reduce COVID transmission risk (registration/room quotas/holding programs outside) now that masks will be optional? Feel free to email me at my library.</p>

<p>Hello,</p>
<p>At the Harney County Library, we are most likely to wait until summer to resume weekly in person youth programming, with our Summer Reading Program hopefully kicking off in person in early June. We may have occasional youth events before then depending on how things turn out with COVID in our community once the mask mandate ends.</p>
