[LHDAccreditation] Accreditation - Strategic Plans

My understanding is that an application for accreditation requires that the LHD have already completed a strategic plan.  Assuming that is correct, any of you have this process [strategic plan] either finished or moving well along?  Target date to have your SP completed?
