Good afternoon all,
The following PHAB Blank Document Tracker has now been posted on HAN. It is posted in both the 2010 xlsx version and earlier microsoft xls version. This blank document is a great tool for all LHDs to change and customize for their use, if they so choose. Thank you to Mikkel Quam from Benton County for creating this blank template and for sharing it with everyone. It is the same document that Mikkel reviewed in the webinar for the Accrediation work group last week.
