Encourage use of the phrase "library" to describe what you are creating from the materials you are gathering for accreditation; nice positive word with good valence; and like any library you have a variety of things on the shelves.

Hi all,

We are trying to get together a policy and procedure for the development, management, updating, & archiving of materials, including internal documents such as policies, minutes, forms and then external documents like pamphlets & posters for partners and clients.  We want to include guidelines on what should be included in each i.e. logo, date etc. as well as how often these should be reviewed updated, how long they should be archived, and guidelines for soliciting target audience input etc.
How are others addressing developing materials?  Any examples out there?
