This is a reminder that, due to the feedback after the last session, the "PLAN, Part 2" training is webinar-only. See below for connection instructions. If you will already be at the Portland State Office Building, please let me know and we'll find a workstation for you.
 
We will be offering another opportunity for participants to provide feedback after tomorrow, and will use that feedback to determine how we will offer the October and November trainings.

Hello! Please see below for the next class in the Plan-Do-Check-Act training series, offered by the Public Health Division's Performance Management Program. These sessions are available to all Oregon public health staff (Local, Tribal and State). If you are unable to register through the DHS|OHA Learning Center linked below, please send me an email and I'll add you to the roster.
 
The "Intro to Quality Improvement" module is available through the DHS|OHA Learning Center or on CD. If you'd like a copy of the CD, please send me your name, organization, and mailing address.
