*Tuesday August 7th 9-11am** *Accreditation & Quality Improvement 101,
Conducting a Self-Assessment, Forming an Accreditation Team & Developing a
Plan

The first webinar will be a repeat of past webinars and may be more helpful
for those health departments in the beginning stages of their accreditation
preparation. We will review accreditation and quality improvement basics,
the process for conducting a self-assessment, considerations when forming
an accreditation team and developing a plan and timeline, and discuss the
prerequisites. If you are further along, this is a great opportunity for
staff that you want to engage in the process.

 *Tuesday August 14th 9-11am* Documentation Selection & Review, Focus on
Domains 9-12, Scoring & Checklist Resources

The second webinar may be more helpful for those actively working on
collecting documentation. We will focus on documentation selection and
review, especially for domains 9 through 12 and scoring and checklist
resources. Please bring any questions you have for PHAB or the
Accreditation Work Group.
