Accreditation Work Group,

Reminder: our meeting is *today 1:30-3:30pm*. Please join us to learn about
the new GovSpace website, review current documentation requests and
questions, and hear presentations focused on documentation selection and
the in-person PHAB training some HDs recently attended.

You can join in-person or on the webinar/ phone call. The agenda is
attached and has the room number, call-in number and webinar registration
link.

We are launching the new GovSpace website to give access to documentation
requested from the state and CLHO and also as a place to find accreditation
resources, templates and example documentation from other health
departments.
