[LHDAccreditation] Reminder: GovSpace Accreditation Website Membership Instructions

 Accreditation Work Group,

As a reminder, the new* Accreditation Work Group GovSpace* *Website* is up
and running and there are new documents being added daily. We have been
posting documents that have been requested for accreditation documentation
requirements, example documents from other health departments,
accreditation resources and templates, etc. We have also transferred
documents from HAN to the new site.

Please see the attached instructions that describe how to use the GovSpace
site, how to search for a document you need, and how to request needed
documentation from a state program or CLHO.

If you are not yet a member, *please email Anona Gund at
anona.e.gund at state.or.us* with the following information in order to
receive an invitation to the Accreditation Work Group GovSpace:
