[LHDAccreditation] NACCHO Documentation Example Resource

Dear Accreditation Work Group,

I hope you all had happy holidays!

Some of you may have seen this already, but this NACCHO resource may be
helpful when picking out documentation. For each PHAB standard, there is
some considerations listed and then documentation examples. It is pretty
empty still (not a lot of the examples are filled in yet), but I believe
they will keep adding to it as LHDs share their documentation and so it may
be helpful to check back on this website regularly. The Domains are listed
under "Example Documentation" and then there is a tab for each Standard.

Also, apparently NACCHO staff are available to review and provide comments
on select pieces of documentation. For more information, contact
accreditprep at naccho.org. If you end up trying this, let us know how it goes!
