[LHDAccreditation] 3.2.2A#1e Examples needed

Good afternoon all, 
We are working on updating our communications plan to include a check
list for all staff to use that may interact with the news media and the
public, which may include specific staff such as PIO.  Does anyone have
an example or an idea of what a protocol or check list of this nature
might include?
