[LHDAccreditation] Inventory (control) policy & procedures

Hi all, 
We are currently working through a QI process involving some expired
immunization syringes.  We are searching for examples of Inventory
polices and procedures.  Does anyone have anything?  Or can direct me on
where I might look for a good example?
