[LHDAccreditation] Accreditation Work Group Meeting-- Date Change for October Meeting

Accreditation Work Group,

Our next Accreditation Work Group meeting falls during the OPHA Conference,
which may impact participation in this meeting.

We will be rescheduling the AWG meeting to *Monday October 1st 1:30-3:30*.

We will send out the room number and webinar information with the agenda in
the next two weeks.
