[LHDAccreditation] Accreditation Presentations developed by VISTA team

Accreditation Work Group,

I wanted to share a project that the accreditation VISTA team has been
working on over the past few months. They have been developing a series of
presentations on accreditation and how it is connected to health care
transformation and QI/PM (an additional one focused on the ten essential
services is in the works). These presentations could be helpful to help
health department staff learn about accreditation, or could be a useful
tool while working with community partners.
