[LHDAccreditation] Agenda for June 10th Accreditation Work Group Meeting

Accreditation Work Group,

We have an Accreditation Work Group meeting coming up *Monday, June 10th
1:30-3:30pm*.

We will be discussing *Domains 3 and 10*, please prepare for the meeting
and bring all questions and/or documentation you are planning to use for
these domains for our discussion. We will also be discussing some follow-up
on documentation requests, mock site visits, and some available tools for
documentation and QI.

The agenda is attached with location and call-in information.
