[LHDAccreditation] December Accreditation Work Group Meeting

The accreditation workgroup is meeting *Monday, December 9th* from *1:30 to
3:30pm *in Room 425 at the Portland State Office Building. We will be
covering Domain 9 and hearing examples of documentation collection
processes from different counties.
