[LHDAccreditation] CALL FOR POSTERS: OPHA Special Poster Session hosted by CLHO

Please share with interested LHD staff.

As a reminder CLHO is hosting a special poster session at the OPHA 70th
Annual Conference. This poster session will feature Quality Improvement
Projects and Performance Management topics from Local Health Departments.
The session will be held on* Monday, October 13th from 4-6pm*. The location
is TBD.

A poster template for QI projects will be made available for those that are
interested.

*If you are are interested in participating in the special poster session,
you do NOT need to submit an abstract to OPHA.* However, *I will need to
know the title of the poster, the topic, and who will be presenting it*,
please be sure to send this information to me by October 3rd, 2014 . Please

*A fully paid conference registration is required to participate.* If you
are presenting on only one of the two conference days you may elect to pay
the one day conference registration fee. Early bird registration opens August
