*Invitation: Strategic Planning to achieve PHAB Accreditation Workshop *
OPHA is collaborating with the Coalition of Local Health Officials to host
a a half day in person workshop to help your health department successfully
meet the strategic planning requirements of Domain 5, Standard 5.3.
Registration for the workshop is free, required and by invitation only;
please do not forward this message.
The workshop will introduce strategic planning as the process of addressing
the following questions:
· Where are we?
· What do we have to work with?
- Where do we want to be?
- How do we get there?
This training is designed to be interactive and to help counties with
challenges or questions they face in their strategic planning process.
Join us on a journey so you can...
· Focus groups quickly
· Move from talk to action, fast
· Build consensus and ownership behind strategic plans
· Convert vague ideas into concrete action so leaders can move on
them.
We will also provide attendees with a Strategic Planning Guide covering
aspects of the process and important tools and resources. The workshop and
will be led by Marni Mason and Susan Ramsey.
