Dear LHD Administrators,



We have had several requests that OHA Public Health Division do a better
job of branding our materials so that you can use them for accreditation
documentation submission.  In our own accreditation work, we also have
recognized that we can do a better job of making sure that materials that
get shared with you are branded, dated, etc.



In the mid-term, this issue is a larger training need that the PHD
Performance Management Team plans to address in the next four to five
months.  In the long-term, you should also know the uniqueness of each
document makes these revisions more time consuming than some might expect,
so ensuring that all our documents have the required components will take
quite some time.



In the short-term, however, we want to be sure that you have what you need
to meet your accreditation documentation deadlines.  If there are specific
documents you need branded, dated, etc. for submission to PHAB, please send
me an email at danna.k.drum at state.or.us *at least three weeks* prior to
when you need the document and we will work with PHD programs to get you
what we need.  We will also post those revised documents for local
accreditation coordinators to access on their GovSpace site.
